Beverage Journal Publication asked advice from the experts in the bartending field and has compiled this list for your holiday parties and events.

This party checklist is for 100 guests.


Supplies
• 1 case tonic • 6 limes
• 1 case ginger ale
 • 3 lemons
• 1 case cola • green olives
• 8 bottles soda water • cherries
• 1-1/2 gallons orange juice • beverage napkins
• 1 gallon cranberry juice • sip sticks
• 1 lb of ice per person • tub of ice for wine and beer cooling
• 3 glasses per person  


Liquors
• 4 liters Vodka • 1 liter light Rum
• 3 liters Whiskey • 1 liter dark Rum
• 1 liters Bourbon • 1 bottle Sweet Vermouth
• 3 liters Gin • 1 bottle Dry Vermouth
• 3 Liters Scotch  


Wines
• Red 5 1.5 liter bottles or 10 750ml bottles
• White 5 1.5 liter bottles or 10 750ml bottles
• Blush 5 1.5 liter bottles or 10 750ml bottles


Beer
• 6-8 cases

Considerations should be made for age groups and other special preferences.
